§ 151.32  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER.
   It is unlawful for the owner of a building or structure to fail to comply with an order issued pursuant to § 151.28 from which no appeal has been taken or fail to comply with an order of the Board of Commissioners following an appeal.
