§ 70.30  PARKING TIME LIMITED.
   (A)   When signs are placed, erected or installed at each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at any time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m., excepting Sundays and public holidays, upon any street designated by resolution of the Board at a regular meeting.  Each two-hour period, or portion thereof, in which the vehicle remains in the limited parking space after the two hours permitted have expired, constitutes a separate violation of this section and each such violation constitute and be punishable as a separate offense.
   (B)   When signs are placed, erected or installed at each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than one hour at any time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., excepting Sundays and public holidays, upon any street designated by resolution of the Board at a regular meeting. Each one-hour period or portion thereof  in which the vehicle remains in the limited parking space after the one hour permitted has expired constitutes a separate violation of this section and each such violation shall constitute and be punishable as a separate offense.
   (C)   When signs are placed, erected or installed at each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than 15 minutes at any time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., excepting Sundays and public holidays, upon any street designated by resolution of the Board at a regular meeting. Each 15-minute period or portion thereof in which the vehicle remains in the limited parking space after the 15 minutes permitted has expired constitutes a separate violation of this section and each such violation shall constitute and be punishable as a separate offense.

§ 70.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Except as otherwise provided, the violation of any of the provisions of §§ 70.25 through 70.30 shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person, firm or corporation who receives a citation under §§ 70.25 through 70.30  shall be allowed, within 48 hours of issuance of the citation, to pay to the Town Clerk the sum of $1 and thereby avoid further prosecution in a general court of justice. Said payment shall constitute a final judgment on the citation and no further action may be taken thereon. All citations not paid within 48 hours of issuance shall be transferred to  the  general  court  of  justice  of  the county  for  further prosecution.
