§ 70.29  PARKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS.
   No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic-control device, in any of the following places:
   (A)   On a sidewalk;
   (B)   Within an intersection;
   (C)   On a crosswalk;
   (D)   Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
   (E)   On the roadway side of any vehicles stopped, standing or parked at the edge or curb of a street;
   (F)   On the right-of-way between the railroad tracks and West Y Street; or
   (G)   At any place where a sign has been placed,  erected or installed, giving notice that parking is prohibited within a particular area or where the curb has been painted yellow in lieu of such signs prohibiting parking within an area. Said areas where parking is prohibited by either sign or yellow curb shall be designated by resolution of the Board of Commissioners at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.
