Except where angled parking spaces are marked the pavement, all parking on town streets shall be parallel to the curb or edge of pavement. All cars parked parallel to a regular curb shall be no more than 12 inches therefrom. In areas where parking spaces are not marked on the pavement, cars must be parked fully off the traveled portion of the street.
