§ 33.41 REQUIREMENTS FOR RESPONDING TO FIRE CALL OR TRAINING SESSION.
   Members of the Volunteer Fire Department shall not be permitted to use red lights or sirens, nor shall they respond to a fire call or training session in a vehicle so equipped, and will be expected to obey all traffic laws and regulations while responding to and from a fire scene.

§ 33.42 MAINTENANCE OF RECORDS.
   All applications, all training records, copies of requisitions, invoices, disciplinary action forms, inventories, applications for grants and other records of the Volunteer Fire Department shall be maintained in the Fire Chief’s office.

§ 33.43 DISMISSAL FROM VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   Any member of the Volunteer Fire Department may be dismissed as a member of the Volunteer Fire Department by the Fire Chief for willful, continued, or unexcusable breaches of the rules and regulations of the Volunteer Fire Department established in this subchapter or as established by the Fire Chief for the operation of the Volunteer Fire Department. In said event, the member shall be notified in writing, by the Fire Chief, of his dismissal along with the reasons therefor. The dismissed member, if he/she is unsatisfied with the Fire Chief’s decision, shall in writing and within five (5) working days, request the City Manager to consider his dismissal. The City Manager shall respond, in writing, within five (5) working days, excluding the date he/she is heard. The decision of the City Manager shall be final.

§ 33.44 USE OF NAME PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, group, association, company or corporation, other than the Volunteer Fire Department created herein, to use the name of, solicit money, or operate under the name of the Volunteer Fire Department or any other like or similar name which would infer an association or connection with the city or its Fire Department.
