§ 119.04 INDOOR FIRING RANGES.
   (A)   All indoor firing ranges shall be designed and constructed so that no sound from the firing of firearms can be heard off of the premises in which the firing range is located. All permits for the operation of firing ranges shall be conditional upon full compliance with the terms and conditions of this chapter and maybe be revoked by the building inspector for noncompliance.
   (B)   All indoor firing ranges shall be designed and constructed so to prevent the escape from the building of bullets or other projectiles from firearms permitted to be discharged upon the indoor firing range including the walls and ceilings thereof. The area to be so protected shall be any area in which the possession of a loaded firearm will be permitted. It shall be the responsibility of the building inspector, with the assistance of the city engineer, to insure compliance with this provision.
   (C)   That the owner and/or operator of an indoor firing range shall be required to maintain liability insurance in a combined single limit of a sum not less than three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00).
