§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   Where an act or omission is prohibited or declared unlawful in this code of ordinances, and no penalty of fine or imprisonment is otherwise provided, the offender shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense.
