Outdoor firing ranges shall only be approved by the building inspector only if it can be shown that the location of the outdoor firing range is in such an isolated place that the noise produced from the firing range will not disturb the occupants of any adjoining properties and can otherwise be designed in such a manner as to eliminate the danger of stray bullets damaging other property or persons.
