(A) All male escorts shall wear slacks and shirt while conducting escort services and all female escorts shall wear a dress or slacks and blouse while performing escort services. Such clothing shall at least cover the pubic area, perineum, buttock, genital, navel, and entire chest area up to four (4) inches below the collarbone and legs shall not be exposed more than six (6) inches above the knee, measured when standing. No transparent clothing is permitted.
(B) Escorts shall be required to immediately terminate all escort service if the patron violates this ordinance; offers to or removes clothing which would expose the sexual organs, public region, buttock, breast or navel; proposition request or solicit any form of sexual conduct or other activity for the purpose of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of either person.
