(A) All escorts and escort services prior to providing escort services must obtain a signed typewritten contract from the patron, which must fully set out all fees to be charged to the patron and must state as follows:

Escort services are strictly for entertainment only. It is illegal for any person to proposition, request or solicit any escort for any form of sexual conduct or activity or to proposition, ask or request the escort to remove any clothing or for you to expose or to permit the escort to view your genitals, breast or buttock. It is illegal for any person under 18 years of age to provide or receive escort services. It is illegal for escort services to be conducted between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m. It is illegal to offer the escort a tip or other compensation in excess of the escort services published fees. A copy of this contract is required to be maintained by the escort service for inspection by the City of Pikeville.
(B) The escort and/or escort service shall obtain the patron’s true name, signature to the contact and have him print his or her true name, address, date of birth and social security number or driver’s license number including the state of the issuing license. The escort and/or escort service shall personally inspect the patron driver’s license or other identification to verify the patron’s identity. No additional compensation, payment or tip shall be charged or accepted from the patron.
