(A) The Finance Director/City Clerk/Tax Administrator or his duly authorized assistant shall have the right to see, inspect, and copy any and all records kept and maintained by operators of such facilities, in order to verify the accuracy of any statement filed by an operator. It shall be the duty of the operator to keep and maintain accurate records correctly setting forth the tonnage to which the license fee applies.
(B) The Finance Director/City Clerk/Tax Administrator or his duly authorized assistant may also see, inspect, and copy the records of third parties, in order to verify the accuracy of any statement filed by an operator.
