(A) The Comprehensive Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Control Ordinance and Mobile Home Park Ordinance, adopted by the county’s Area Plan Commission and thereafter by the County Board of Commissioners on January 2, 1975, and certified to the town by the county’s Area Plan Commission on January 6, 1975, is adopted by the town.
(B) On February 12, 1977, the county’s Area Plan Commission certified County Ord. 77-1 to the town, which ordinance is an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Control Ordinance and Mobile Home Park Ordinance heretofore adopted by the town and the county’s Area Plan Commission, which certified ordinance is hereby adopted by the town.
