§ 90.02 PROHIBITED ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain, or suffer to be kept or maintained, any cow, horse, donkey, mule, pig, goat, sheep, goose, chicken, duck, turkey or rabbit upon any property or premises in the corporate limits of the town, provided, however, it shall be a defense to any person charged with the violation of this section that the property or premises within the corporate limits of the town upon which said person is charged with maintaining, or suffering to be kept or maintained any such animal, is zoned agricultural by the county’s Area Plan Commission.
