(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 71.01 of this code shall be fined in an amount of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 for each such violation, together with the attorneys’ fees incurred by the town, provided, however, that the total amount of the fine and attorneys’ fees shall not exceed $2,500. In lieu of an ordinance violation being filed against a person violating the provisions of § 71.01 of this code, a person may pay the Town Clerk-Treasurer for the benefit of the General Fund of the town, the sum of $25 for each such violation withing 14 days of being given notice of an ordinance violation by the office of the Town Marshal, also known as the town’s Police Department.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 71.02 of this code shall be fined an amount not less than $5 nor more than $100, together with the reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the town in enforcement of the provisions of § 71.02 of this code, provided, however, that the combined total of the fine and attorneys’ fees shall not exceed $2,500 for each violation. Any person initially charged by the office of the Town Marshal, also known as the town’s Police Department, shall have 14 days from the time of the issuance of the initial ordinance violation to pay to the Town Clerk-Treasurer, for the benefit of the General Fund of the town within 30 days of the issuance of the ordinance violation, the following:
(1) The sum of $5 for each such violation if paid within 72 hours of the violation; or
(2) If the sum provided for in division (C)(1) above has not been paid within 72 hours, then by paying the sum of $5 plus an additional $1 for each 24-hour period from the time of the violation charge to date of payment, with said total sums not to exceed $25.

(D) In addition to the penalties provided herein, any vehicle parked in violation of the terms of this traffic code may be towed at the direction of the office of the Town Marshal, also known as the town’s Police Department, and the owner of the vehicle shall be responsible for payment of all costs of towing.
(E) Any person violating the terms of § 71.04 of this code shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $25 for a first offense or $50 for any second or subsequent offense, or, at the option of the parent or legal guardian of the child, community service as directed by the Town Marshal to be performed by the child may be utilized for the purpose of payment of any fine imposed at the rate of $5 per hour.
