§ 71.01 PARKING RESTRICTIONS; U-TURNS.
   (A)   U-turn prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle within the corporate limits of the town, so as to make a U-turn upon any portion of First Street, between Columbia Street and Elm Street.
   (B)   Parking restrictions other than exceeding two-hour limit. It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to park, leave standing or knowingly permit any motor truck, automobile, motorcycle, trailer or any other vehicle to be parked or left standing in the following places or in the following manner:
      (1)   Upon any public street or municipal parking lot within the town that is not specifically designated as “truck parking” if the vehicle is a semi-tractor, semi-trailer or any vehicle exceeding 30 feet in length or exceeding seven feet in width, except for the purpose of loading or unloading, unless the vehicle is a stretch limousine or a hearse;
      (2)   In any area designated either by signs or yellow curbs as a “no parking” or as a “loading zone” area or to park any vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
      (3)   In such a way that the vehicle or trailer is double-parked or is left standing in an open lane of traffic upon any street within said town;
      (4)   To park or leave standing any vehicle or trailer upon an alley, except for loading and unloading; or
      (5)   To park any vehicle in a space or area on any street or municipal parking lot within the town marked for handicapped parking without bearing the handicapped sticker or license plate as required by law or, if bearing those, without the driver or a passenger therein being handicapped.
