(a) Except as provided in division (c) of this section, no mobile food truck shall be operated in the City without first registering with the Zoning Administrator. A separate registration must be made for each and every mobile food truck to be operated within the City.
(b) Each mobile food truck shall maintain all valid licenses required by the City, county, and/or state for operation of a business including but not limited to all applicable licenses for a food service business.
(c) The City Manager, or his/her designee, shall create a local mobile food truck registration form and place such form on the City website. The City may charge a reasonable fee for the registration of such food trucks in accordance with its fee schedule.
(d) Each mobile food truck intended to be moved by a vehicle shall maintain a valid registration within the most recent twelve-month period.
