As used in this chapter:
(a) "Food" shall mean a raw, uncooked, or processed edible substance, ice, beverage, or ingredient used or intended for use or sale in whole or part for human consumption.
(b) "Food truck operator" means the owner or lessor of a food truck that is operated as a mobile unit capable of preparing and selling food as defined herein.
(c) "Food truck permit" shall mean the permit issued by the City Manager, or his or her designee, pursuant to this chapter.
(d) "Mobile food service license" means the official document issued by Fairfield County Public Health or other health department in the State of Ohio possessing the appropriate licensing authority which allows the operation of a food truck in Franklin or Fairfield County.
(e) "Mobile food truck" means any mobile and beverage unit which is temporarily stored on a privately-owned lot where food items are sold to the general public. May be motorized or unmotorized. Food truck includes food vehicle, food trailer, food cart, and temporary commercial structures designed for the sale of food and beverage accessory to the primary structure.
