1492.04 INSPECTIONS.

The City Manager, upon receipt of a complaint, shall initiate pursuit of an administrative warrant for permission to inspect a property to ensure compliance with the Ohio Building Code, the City of Pickerington Property Maintenance Code, and all other applicable ordinances.
