As used in this chapter:
(a) “Academic medical center” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 4731.297.
(b) “Marijuana” has the same meaning as marihuana as defined in Ohio R.C. 3719.01.
(c) “Medical marijuana” means marijuana that is cultivated, processed, dispensed, tested, possessed, or used for a medical purpose.
(d) “State university” has the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 3345.011.
