1300.05 SITE PLAN DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

Requirements. All nonresidential developments shall comply with the minimum standards of the Planning and Zoning Code. In addition, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviews compliance with engineering, building code, fire department, etc., requirements.
