1260.01 BASIC STANDARDS.

The latest edition of the "Construction and Material Specifications of the City of Columbus" (CMS) or the "Construction and Material Specifications of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation," and the requirements of the Ohio Department of Health and the Fairfield County Sanitary Engineer (as applicable) and the Fairfield County Utility Requirements (as applicable), constitute the basic standards for public works construction in the Municipality.
