Upon completion of all the improvements, a final inspection report shall be filed by the Engineer. If the Engineer states that the improvements were constructed in accordance with the specifications and that such improvements are in good repair, then, after the surety is in place, a letter will be issued notifying the developer of acceptance by the City.
