1258.25 OVERSIZE AND OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS.

The utilities, pavements and other land improvements required for the proposed subdivision shall be designed and sized to provide service to nearby land which is an integral part of the neighborhood service or drainage area as determined by the Engineer.
