The subdivider shall design and construct improvements according to standards that are not less than those set forth in these regulations. The work shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the Engineer. The minimum requirements for materials shall be in accordance with the standards of the current volume of "Construction and Material Specifications of the City of Columbus" or the current volume of the Ohio Department of Transportation Specifications and the requirements of the Ohio Department of Health. The City Engineer shall resolve all conflicts with specification requirements. Certain locations may require the standards of Fairfield County to be met. All inspection costs shall be paid for by the subdivider.
