(a) When the final plat has been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, the Engineer and Council, the original tracings of the plat shall be returned to the subdivider for filing with the appropriate County Recorder.
(b) The developer shall furnish the Municipality with two copies of the recorded plat. Final plats shall be filed not later than thirty days following the date of the final official signature on the original tracing. Failure to file the plat in the required time constitutes a violation of these regulations.
