1254.05   VARIABLE INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED WITH PRELIMINARY PLAT.
   (a)   The following items, as appropriate, shall be furnished with the preliminary plat:
      (1)   A statement of the proposed use of lots, giving the type and number of dwelling units and type of business or industry;
      (2)   The location and approximate dimensions of all existing buildings;
      (3)   For commercial and industrial development, the location, dimensions and approximate grade of proposed parking and loading areas, alleys, pedestrian walks, streets and points of vehicular ingress and egress to the development; and/or
      (4)   A description of proposed covenants and restrictions, including those required by the Zoning Code.
   (b)   In a letter accompanying the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall state the type of sewage disposal he or she proposes to use. If other than the public system, it shall be accompanied by a letter from the County Health Department stating what type of sewage disposal will be approved for the soil and geological conditions present in the area of the proposed subdivision.
   (c)   In a letter accompanying the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall fully address the retention, detention and disposal of ground and storm water, including, but not limited to, soils, geology, existing watercourses and ten-year flood levels.
