(a) No person shall fail to apply for a permit or clearance required under these regulations, to erect, construct, alter, repair or maintain any building or structure, or use any land in violation of these regulations, or fail to pay for an approved permit or certificate issued under these regulations.
(b) In the event of any such violation, or imminent threat thereof, the Municipality, or the owner, of any contiguous or neighboring property who would be damaged by such a violation, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, may institute a suit for injunction to prevent or terminate such violation.
