1216.04   SIGHT DISTANCE CRITERIA.
   (a)   Safe sight distances for passenger cars exiting from driveways onto any road shall be to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
   (b)   Safe sight distances for passenger cars entering driveways by left turns shall be to the satisfaction of the City Engineer.
