1212.10 MANDATORY REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY SERVICE COMMITTEE.

Applicants for access onto a public right-of-way owned or controlled by the Municipality, whose property is not located within the incorporated area of the Municipality, are subject to mandatory review and approval by the Service Committee of Council, in addition to reviews which may be required by the Engineer.
