1212.05 RELOCATION OR REPLACEMENT OF IMPROVEMENTS.

The cost of relocation or replacement of any and all improvements within a right-of-way shall be the sole responsibility of the permittee. All relocated or replaced improvements must be completed to the satisfaction of the Engineer.
