SECTION 10.03. DUTIES.

The Charter Review Commission shall review this Charter and no later than twelve (12) months after appointment report the Commission's findings and conclusions to Council. Amendments or revisions to the Charter recommended by the Charter Review Commission shall be submitted to the electors in the manner prescribed by the Constitution of the State of Ohio.
