SECTION 10.02. CHARTER REVIEW.

At least every ten (10) years, Council shall appoint by resolution seven (7) electors of the City, holding no other office or employment with the City, to serve as members of a Charter Review Commission until their duties as provided herein are completed. The members shall serve without compensation.
