The Mayor and Council members shall be an elector of the City for a minimum period of one (1) year prior to filing for office and remain an elector throughout any term.
The Mayor and Council members shall hold no other elective public office. They shall not be otherwise employed by, nor shall they hold any other office with the City, except as provided by the Charter or by Council.
