SECTION 6.06. APPOINTMENT OF BOARD AND COMMISSION MEMBERS.

Members of boards and commissions shall be appointed by and serve at the discretion of Council, except as otherwise provided for by Council or this Charter. All members appointed shall be electors of the City and remain electors throughout their tenure. Members shall serve without compensation.
