SECTION 5.02. CITY CLERK.
   Council shall appoint and may remove the City Clerk. The salary shall be established by Council. The City Clerk shall perform such duties as assigned by Council or authorized by the Ohio Revised Code. These duties shall include attending all meetings of Council, unless excused by Council, and keeping its records. The City Clerk shall be Council's employee subject to Council's direction and under the general supervision of the City Manager.
