Nothing in this Charter shall prevent, limit or otherwise interfere with the right of Council to terminate the services of the City Manager at any time subject only to the terms set forth in the City Manager's contract. The City Manager may be removed by a vote of the Mayor and Council majority, or by the affirmative vote of five (5) Council members.
