SECTION 1.03. FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

The form of government provided in this Charter shall be known as the “Mayor-Council-City Manager Plan”. The powers of the City shall be distributed among the City, the electorate, the various elected and appointed officials, and the boards and commissions as provided under the provisions of this Charter.
