The owner or owners of fire-damaged buildings and/or structures shall be granted a period of forty-five days from the date the Municipality receives the proceeds from the insurance carriers or companies to negotiate a settlement with the Demolition Committee. The owner or owners of the fire-damaged property shall have ninety days from the signing of the agreement to carry out the terms of the agreement. The Committee may extend these times upon a reasonable request by the property owner.
