Whenever the Building Official is required to make more than three normal inspections associated with the building of a home (i.e. footer inspection, framing inspection and final inspection), the City shall charge the builder an additional fee, as determined from time to time by Council, per additional inspection. Of such additional fee per additional inspection, the Building Official shall be paid a stipulated sum, as determined from time to time by Council.
