Pursuant to Charter Section 2.05(I) and Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the National Electrical Code, being particularly the 2002 edition thereof, as promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association, and designated NFPA 70, including all other Codes adopted by reference therein and including any amendments, deletions, or future additions published thereafter.
