Pursuant to Charter Section 2.05(I) and Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the Ohio Plumbing Code, being particularly the 2002 edition thereof, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, including all other Codes adopted by reference therein and including any amendments, deletions, or future additions published thereafter.
