Pursuant to Charter Section 2.05(I) and Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the Ohio Building Code (OBC), being particularly the 2002 edition thereof, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, and as published in Division 4101:2 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), including any amendments, deletions, or future additions published thereafter and including all other Codes adopted by reference herein.
