1066.01 CONTROL OF STORM WATER RUNOFF.

The control of the storm water runoff in public rights of way and public easements for storm water drainage purposes is hereby reserved by the Municipality. No person or firm shall tamper with or change the flow of waters within these areas without a permit from the Manager.
