1062.10 ANNUAL REVIEW OF SEWER SERVICE CHARGE.

The sewer service charge shall be reviewed annually by the City in order to determine whether or not it is sufficient to defray costs for debt service and OM&R of the the sewerage systems and to re-proportion allocated costs between debt service and OM&R if necessary.
