1062.09 SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.

When a discharge of wastes causes or threatens to cause a disruption of normal treatment processes, the Manager may assess a charge against the user for the work and materials required to maintain or restore the normal treatment processes. Such charges shall be added to the user's charges and fees.
