1062.08 SPECIAL AGREEMENTS.

The Municipality shall have the right to enter into a special agreement with an industrial user to accept and treat industrial wastes of unusual strength and character that the plant is incapable of treating. The agreement shall be subject to all other provisions of this chapter.
