1062.07 SEWER REVENUE FUND.

The funds received from the collection of all sewer service charges shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund. When appropriated by Council, the funds shall be available for payment of the cost and expenses of the management, administration, repair and improvement of the treatment works.
