1062.06 INDUSTRIAL WASTE SURVEILLANCE.

The industrial waste surveillance charge is the payment from industrial users for the cost of analyzing the sewage strength test reports submitted by the industrial users and to check the reports by periodically sampling and testing the industrial sewage. The amount shall be billed separately and no more frequently than quarterly.
