All sewer charges levied pursuant to this chapter constitute a lien upon the premises charged therewith, and if the same are not paid within sixty days after the due date, the charges shall be certified to the Auditor of Fairfield County, who shall place the same on the tax duplicate, together with the charges or penalties allowed by law, which shall be collectible as other Municipal taxes.
