The City hereby adopts the Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Master Plan, ("the Plan") as well as any future plan updates or plans that correlates to the master plan, by reference, as if fully set forth herein. The Plan provides for the development and improvement of bicycle and pedestrian paths throughout the City.
(a) The bike paths/pedestrian paths shall be a minimum ten feet in width and constructed of asphalt or concrete with a base and drainage system that is approved by the City Engineer.
(b) Bike paths/pedestrian paths not located within a public right-of-way shall be located within an easement conveyed to the City for public use.
